Published: 2018-01-10

Congratulations to Quantitative Imaging in Medicine and Surgery (QIMS) at the good start of 2018! Announced by Clarivate Analytics, former Thomson Reuters Intellectual Property and Science Business, QIMS is indexed and abstracted in Science Citation Index Expanded (SCIE).

QIMS is the 4th journal of AME Publishing Company indexed in SCIE after Journal of Thoracic Disease (jtd.amegroups.com), Translational Cancer Research (tcr.amegroups.com) and Hepatobiliary Surgery and Nutrition (hbsn.amegroups.com). What’s more, QIMS is the first journal focusing on quantitative medical imaging indexed in SCIE in Greater China.

With the aim and principle of AME Publishing Company, QIMS values the international diversity of Editorial Board members, authors and even reviewers (figure 1,2,3) to ensure the quality of published articles.

With the strenuous effort from the editorial team, QIMS will strive to make a top-tier publication in the field of medical imaging. QIMS is definitely a highly effective and high-quality academic exchange platform where the clinicians, scientists and researchers can showcase their potential and scientific achievements.

We would like to express sincere appreciation for contributions from all the editorial board members, guest editors, authors, reviewers and readers. With the joint efforts of them, QIMS can go from strength to strength and maintain a high-standard publication.
