Dong Liang is an Associate Professor in Paul C. Lauterbur Research Center for Biomedical Imaging, the Institute of Biomedical and Health Engineering, Shenzhen Institutes of Advanced Technology (SIAT), Chinese Academy of Sciences. Before joining SIAT in 2011, Dr. Liang was a postdoctoral researcher with the University of Hong Kong from 2006-2007, a postdoctoral researcher and research scientist with the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee from 2007-2011. His current research interests include compressed sensing, image reconstruction, magnetic resonance imaging, and machine learning.

Dr. Dong Liang has published over 90 scientific papers and abstracts in international journals and conference proceedings. He is an IEEE senior member and ISMRM member, and the reviewer of over 10 international peer-reviewed journals.
