	abstract = {Cholesterol granuloma of the orbit is an uncommon condition. It affects almost exclusively the frontal bone in the supero-temporal quadrant of the orbit. It is an osteolytic lesion well-circumscribed by a fibrous capsule, with a granulomatous reaction surrounding cholesterol crystals and old hemorrhage. We report the case of a patient whose clinical and radiological findings were sufficient to make a correct diagnosis.},
